Mitch Carney

For over a decade, Mitchell Carney has been working in the highest levels of Republican politics. From running some of the country's most competitive congressional and statewide elections to running the Republican Party of Texas, Mitchell Carney has worked in every echelon of political operations. Mitchell has recently served as Political Director and Early States Director for Tim Scott's presidential campaign. Before running Political operations for Senator Scott, Mitchell worked as Governor Greg Abbott's Political Director, running the largest political operation of the 2022 cycle.

Additionally, Mitchell served in a dual capacity as the Executive Director of the Volunteer Engagement Project (VEP) and Political Director of the Republican Party of Texas. In addition to running the state-wide Republican voter registration efforts, Mitchell ran the state parties' statehouse mail and digital efforts in 25 targeted state House and Senate races. 

Mitchell has developed a reputation for thoughtful campaign and corporate strategy development, campaign management and logistics, field operations, and independent expenditures management.

Spencer Davis

Spencer is a seasoned strategist with a record of building some of the largest political and data operations across the country. His expertise lies in creating robust, data-driven strategies that have consistently delivered results in challenging political landscapes. Most recently, Spencer was the Data Director for Senator Tim Scott’s Presidential Campaign. 

Spencer served in a senior capacity on some of the toughest races, up and down the ballot across the country. He got his start at the Republican National Committee, winning all 10 targeted seats in 2018. In 2020, as Political Director for Senator John Cornyn, he built the largest political and field operation in the state. Simultaneously, he managed the Texas Victory 2020 campaign as its Executive Director, working alongside Karl Rove. That work led to an impressive victory in 27 of 28 targeted races, including the toughest State House and Congressional races. Recently, Spencer also led the successful Proposition 5 campaign in Texas – the most expensive constitutional race in the last 10 years. Over the last 5 years, Spencer has led programs that delivered more than 75 million voter contacts across the country.
